scholarships

The Medina County Arts Council, Inc., a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to promote and build community excellence through the arts in Medina County, established an arts scholarship program in 2017 for Medina County graduating seniors. In keeping with its mission, MCAC awards scholarships annually to help fund opportunities for emerging artists to study, develop and practice their art. We are very proud to be able to assist graduating students who have been actively involved in the arts during high school and are continuing their education at a technical school, 2-year, or 4-year institution.

The goals of the Arts Scholarship Program are to:

• Encourage students to pursue a career in the arts.

• Assist students with tuition costs and fees.

*** Thank you to the Sprowls family for the continuous support and for allowing us to help honor MCAC founding member, Nancy Sprowls with the MCAC scholarship program.
