Ways to Help
The Medina County Band performs at Severance Hall.
Consider investing in The Arts in Medina County: Your 2019 membership tells us that you support the Medina County Arts Council. When you volunteer for MCAC, you give time and talent towards our annual activities. Providing an additional donation or giving to the Endowment Fund assures that MCAC is sustainable for years to come.
Become a Member
Your membership will help fund grants promoting the arts in Medina County, fund special arts projects and activities, and insure the growth of the fine and performing arts as the county grows. And, membership in the Medina County Arts Council provides a way for you as an individual, an organization or a business, to make a contribution to the overall artistic life that affects all residents in our communities. Member benefits include advance notice of arts events, a subscription to Arts Views newsletter, and discounts on art classes. The Medina County Arts Council, Inc., is fully recognized by the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Your membership/ contributions should be tax deductible as allowed by law.
Give to the MCAC Endowment Fund
What the Arts Council is able to do for Medina County depends almost completely on the contributions entrusted to us through memberships and gifts. We do a lot, but we could do more with your help. If you wish to donate above and beyond the membership levels, consider giving to the Medina County Arts Council Endowment Fund through the Akron Community Foundation. The ACF manages funds for many non-profit organizations securely and efficiently.
Your donation is an investment in Medina County's future. Every gift helps make Medina County a better place for artists to work and live and for residents and visitors to enjoy the arts.
Everything the Medina County Arts Council does is done by volunteers. Many tasks don't require any special talent or knowledge, just a little time and willingness to help. Our volunteers are all busy people, fitting even small jobs into very busy work-family-community schedules. Every little bit helps and is very much appreciated.
